Human bodies are composed of millions and millions of crystals.  Our bones are made from a combination of collagen that forms the framework for a type of phosphate crystal called apatite crystals.    They exist throughout the body, the skull and in our teeth.  When we work with sound through the crystal kingdom, there is a resonation, a harmonization an integration process that goes on between the external and internal vibration.   The resonance vibrates the body cavities, vibrates the crystals and affects the crystalline structure of our bones as well.  It is this vibration which has a great effect on the spine (a powerful sound resonator) diffusing along the nerve pathways to the organs, and the effects touch systems, tissues and cells, in turn affecting blood circulation, metabolism, endocrine health and chakra points.
