Full Moon Sound Bath Ceremony

This full moon is sometimes called the Beaver Moon, The Digging Moon (have you noticed the chipmunks and squirrels foraging?), or the Frost Moon- all in connection with preparation for the winter. Now is the time when we prepare to go inward, and stock our reserves for the cold ahead. The eclipse creates a Blood Moon effect, which can support and encourage cleansing and transformation.

It is in the sign of Taurus, which rules the throat- including vocal cords and thyroid. What might you need to speak or express?
