VIRTUAL OFFERING
The New Masculinity – What’s Next?
This is the first in a new series of monthly conscious conversation that will take place between men and women and gender non conforming people to explore and jump on the grail path of finding the balance needed to help heal us from the old paradigms which are now breaking us open. We want to be all inclusive, that includes speaking about gender identity and old patriarchal language surrounding gender roles.
Three women will hold space for three men who have committed their lives to the living, evolving male spirit. What are the challenges we face as we evolve? Participants will be encouraged to form into virtual break out rooms at times during the discussion to share and reflect verbally. For those who choose to just listen in, sound healing with crystal will be provided for integration during breakout times.
Men have been lost for some time now. The patriarchal powers have eroded beyond recognition. The gender push and pull are still raging; however, many men have yet to acknowledge that the game is over. The old methods of using force, power, fear, intimidation, subjugation, shame, guilt and manipulation to get ahead are no longer working.
The new masculinity challenge is to un-learn what men have been fed in the past and reinvent ourselves to align and float with the rising feminine melody.
The feminine challenge is to play the new melody while forgiving the past and taking on the role of a guide, supporting and embracing the new emerging masculinity.
Masculine-feminine sound vibrations are changing; the melody, tonality, sensibility, and sensitivity are increasing, and the weaving of the melodies is less tolerant of inaccuracies, misalignments, and off key tones.
The Harmonic convergence in 1987 posed a new challenge for men to expand and discover the new codes of sexual dance to merge more fully with the feminine.
The passwords needed for a man to enter a woman changed. The sexual codes have been upgraded from the quality of touch, depth of listening, expansion of receptivity, openness, surrendering, being fully present while remaining powerful and vulnerable simultaneously.
The new masculinity makes love differently, vibrates differently, communicates differently, interacts differently, listens differently, gives and receives differently. The masculine has to evolve to align with expansion and growing light of the feminine.
The new masculine is desperately trying to rebirth itself. It's new seeds need the moist, warmth, and light of the feminine to fertilize their hearts.
The feminine is rising in power. For all intent and purposes, the feminine is now calling the shots.
From the collapse of the old masculinity, a new breed emerges. This new species of man hasn't been identified or named, acknowledged, or embraced by the feminine. This is a call to begin the conversation, inviting the feminine to acknowledge, recognize, support, and embrace the new man.
If these words resonate and you are curious to join the conversation, we invite you to tune in.

Dr. Kelly Jennings
My Roots:
A Chilean mother of German descent and a father raised in Aruba brings a lot of the uncommon into our suburban NY home. Countless long stay visitors and family members from South America, from Europe and the great beyond result in many late night dinner parties of multi language, perspective and color. I learn to speak slowly, clearly enunciate, and question my cultural assumptions, among other things.
My Schooling:
From Amherst College (with a BS in Neuroscience) to UCSF, my first ‘real’ job in a neuroscience research lab to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as a clinical research associate in clinical trials. I ultimately found my calling in Naturopathic & Chinese medicine at NCNM in Portland, Oregon. After six years of life-transforming study I graduated valedictorian in 2007.
My Clinical Work:
January of 2008, I opened a practice and wrote a book, The Breast Cancer Companion. I get busy and find that I love this! February of 2010 I spent three weeks in Haiti with a medical team after the great earthquake. I become the ‘angel acupuncturist’ of the main hospital in Port-au-Prince and work continuously without sleeping for 30 hours straight. I spend time with and treat many Haitians in acute trauma and work alongside doctors from all over the world. In October of 2013 I moved and opened a holistic health practice in Rhinebeck, NY.
My Family:
At the end of February 2010, just after returning from Haiti, I met my husband-to-be. Frenchman by birth, Peruvian by residency, shaman by occupation. We get engaged and marry 8 months later. In 2012 my first daughter was born. Two years later, my second daughter arrived. And in 2016, my 14 year old stepdaughter came to live with us. We live in a country house with many gatherings, visitors and elders from around the world, a sweat lodge in the backyard and a moon lodge tipi in the woods.
My Passion:
Exploring the meaning of life - meditation, collective consciousness & emergent dialogue. Women’s full moon gatherings, radical healing retreats, the Moon Dance, classical Indian music, meditation, cold water plunges, the space in between. Running, the quiet of dawn, this present moment.
