Solstice shifts happen twice yearly, once in each hemisphere (Northern and Southern). The summer solstice is when the Sun reaches its highest position in the sky and is the day with the longest period of daylight.

Reiki, pronounced "ray-key", means Universal Life Force. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy transfer technique developed in Kyoto, Japan over a century ago and brought to the United States in the early 1970s.
Reiki balances the body's energy field and energy centers (chakras). It is used to relieve stress, promote deep states of relaxation and aid the body's natural healing process. Reiki puts the body into the optimal state to promote its own healing. It balances the spirit, can relieve pain and promotes well being.
Reiki differs from other healing methods in that a special formula is used by the Reiki instructor to prepare the participant for the flow of healing energy. The energy is transferred in three patterns vitalizing the body cells. By the end of the treatment all body systems, blood supply, nerves, organs, etc are operating in a stronger more normal way. Delivery of the energy is standardized and the Reiki practitioner need not know anatomical details.
Absent treatments can be just as powerful as hands-on treatments as the life force energy is given through the power of the practitioner's intention. A Reiki treatment can be given absently to large groups simultaneously if they have a commonality linking them all together such as the COVID-19 positive, refugees, immigrants, the wrongfully imprisoned or even simply people sharing a space, time or event together.
Through the power of intention, the combination of these two modalities will amplify the energies of what may be diminished through the virtual realms.
