WOODSTOCK YOGA at SAGE
CLASSES + TEACHERS
This work is lovingly dedicated to Barbara Boris, whose unexpected passing changed everything, and whose spirit continues to guide us all. For years, she held Woodstock Yoga Center with care, devotion, and integrity, creating a home for practice, connection, and healing. Taking stewardship of this studio is an honor I do not take lightly. This next chapter is rooted in her legacy and carried forward with love.
With Great Gratitude, Lea Garnier, Director

Revisit the roots of stillness and sound healing with a Woodstock original. Developed by Lea Garnier, one of the area’s first Yin Yoga practitioners, this class is a deep, meditative journey designed to bridge the gap between the physical and the subtle body.
By holding floor-based postures for extended periods, we target the deep connective tissues and release long-held tension, all while being bathed in the restorative frequencies of live sound healing. Since 2008, this signature blend of "Y-in" and intentional vibration has offered a sanctuary for those looking to bypass the noise of the mind and find the clarity that only exists within.

This resonance based practice nourishes the soul, releases stored tension, and opens a space for inner clarity. Many experience it as a meditative reset, a profound healing for the mind and a gentle yet powerful divine awakening through sound.
