A tone of fullness, when suspended in acoustic space, feeds back upon itself. This looping of sound volume is called nesting, and it finds its center of balance in 4th dimensional space, in a non-dimension of No Time. Any sound that is "fattened," made fuller and suspended in time, takes on a more holistic quality of resonance, continuously spilling more of itself into the acoustic volume of space until it attains its fullness potential. Bathing in this space, the overtones of the gongs feed us until we reach a state of Holistic Resonance. We can sense the feeling of our own body transform into a feeling of no body as we surrender to the gongs and allow them to do their work. Join us for our first monthly women's gathering!  We are excited to welcome you to a peaceful and nurturing space to connect, listen, share, co-create, commune with healing plants, and celebrate. This month of March we welcome and usher in the spring renewal with a flower and sound "Limpia" (cleansing) ritual inspired by the ancient healing tradition from the Amazonian rainforest. It will re-center and re-align your energy, as well as cleanse your aura.

We will also craft very special herbal bath salts with the Andean salt from the Peruvian Sacred Valley, purifying herbs, aromatic flowers, and transporting essential oils. You will leave our gathering with a pouch of this fragrant magic to enjoy in a moon bath and or as a luxurious foot bath, to welcome in the spring and new beginnings. An herbal potion and light snacks will be served.

Woodstock Rising is a bi-weekly movement ritual designed to help you release the week and embrace the weekend with clarity and energy. In this one-hour class, you'll experience Trance Dance, blended with occasional yoga shapes and free-form movement, creating a living meditation.

This is not about choreography or performance; it’s about listening to your body. Enjoy a curated soundscape, simple cues, and the freedom to move as you are—playful, fierce, or subtle. Each session begins with a focused 15-minute lesson on the techniques and traditions of Native drumming, providing a grounded foundation before we transition into the circle. Whether you are picking up a mallet for the first time or are a seasoned percussionist, you are invited to contribute to our collective energy as we explore a unique healing intention set for each gathering.

While a selection of drums will be available for use, we encourage those who own an extra instrument to bring it along to share. Come immerse yourself in the "healing magic" of the beat and connect with a community dedicated to sound and spirit.

Join us for a sacred ritual of gratitude, healing and manifestation to celebrate arrival of the new Lunar Year of the Fire Horse.

Inspired by the ancient wisdom of the Q’eros, indigenous people of the Peruvian Andes, “Despacho” is a traditional offering held on special occasions. It aligns participants with their spirit essence in order to heal, restore harmony and manifest blessings.

Together, we will create a colorful mandala made of flowers, herbs, shells, grains and other nature elements where each offering is placed intentionally as an act of gratitude, prayer and manifestation.

In the words of the Q’ero Elder Don Manuel Q’espi, “We seek, through the Despacho ceremony, to bridge the ordinary and non-ordinary realms; to establish new patterns of relationship and possibility.”

We will finish our ceremony with crystal sound to bring our prayers, intentions and manifestations deep into our cell and our hearts.

SAGE ACADEMY’S 16TH ANNUAL NEW YEARS DAY 4 HOUR GONG PUJA

Reflect on and move through the passing year while considering what you need to leave behind. Gonging for peace, as the sun's light begins to return, we'll renew our own inner light through the Sacred Gongs, releasing stagnant energy, awakening dormant prana, and shining brightly into the fulness of the new paradigm of 2026.  

Originated by beloved Gong Master Don Conreaux, a gong puja is an extended, or often an all night gong immersion facilitated by group members of the Sage Center Gong Sangha. This experience is a continuous four hour journey into the many possible gong landscapes.

The Gong Puja promotes a deep sense of peace and well-being, strengthening of the nervous system, balancing of the chakras and increased energy and vitality.     

Holistic Resonance is a phenomenon produced by the gong as a product of the gong tone bathing, and it acts by initiating a Music heard by the Soul. Each participant's experience is an individual and unique experience which is connecting all of us to the one Compassionate heart of our future Now.    

What to Bring: Bring whatever you need for a comfortable rest as you drift off to the sacred sounds of the gongs.  Please keep in mind that the area you'll be using as your receiving space is the dimension of a yoga mat.  Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended....
