SOUND JOURNEY: You are most welcome to join us for Spring Equinox and the  New Moon with inOFas next Sound Bath offering

A crystal grid will be in place,  specially made for the energies of the day.
Our favorite brew:blue lotus and cocoa, will be offered upon arrival to sip while you find your spot.

A place will be set for you with cushions and blankets so you will be comfortable to float in the sound waves. Pleased bring an eye mask if you wish. We will have a section of crystals to work with in and around the body if you wish.

Planetary Gong, Sedna will be in house, descending her wisdom.
If you don’t know Sedna, her speciality is transformation, and her sound holds key codes to awaken the remembrance of this capacity held in each of us.

Instruments of Crystal, voice, drum, rattles and gongs and more will create the sound track for this exploration.

If you like to use an eye pillow, please bring one. And as always, wearing comfortable clothing is advised.
