SOUND JOURNEY

All that comes into the manifest world must first be imagined, must first be a possibility in the mind’s eye, in the dreams dream. We are set to make time for such imaginings, such a dream space in March, in alignment with the threshold of Spring Equinox.

If you feel inspired to join us, to pause and allow a new vision, a new dream to be dreamed, we will have the space set for you.

Working with Sound and the aid of blue lotus and cocoa. A small cup will be offered upon arrival to sip. And a crystal grid built for the occasion to anchor in this intention.

The room will be cleansed, a place will be prepared for you, a mat to rest upon with several blankets and cushions to assist you in relaxing into the breath as a soundscape supports this exploration.

A selection of crystals will also be on offer to work with during the Sound Journey to place on or around the body.

If you like to use an eye pillow, please bring one. And as always, wearing comfortable clothing is advised.
