Held on the First Friday of the Month, Woodstock Rising is a movement ritual designed to help you release and embrace the weekend with clarity and energy. In this one-hour class, you'll experience Trance Dance, blended with occasional yoga shapes and free-form movement, creating a living meditation.

This is not about choreography or performance; it’s about listening to your body. Enjoy a curated soundscape, simple cues, and the freedom to move as you are—playful, fierce, or subtle. The practice releases stuck energy, sparks creativity, and reconnects you with your inner rhythm. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter and more alive—a perfect way to greet the weekend.
