Through the transformative power of sound, vibration, breath and deep listening, we pause the noise of the mind and create space to reconnect with the wisdom within.

Gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, voice and vibration become a vehicle for inner exploration—helping us release what no longer serves us, restore our sense of balance, and listen more deeply to the direction of our own becoming.

Rise is a return to your essence.
A remembering of your potential.
An invitation to walk the path that is uniquely yours.

The breath becomes the guide.

There is nothing to force and no experience you need to have. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotionally moved, spacious, grounded or quietly renewed.
