Experience the transformative power of rhythm by joining us for our monthly Drum Circle held every first Monday of the month. Each session begins with a focused 15-minute lesson on the techniques and traditions of Native drumming, providing a grounded foundation before we transition into the circle. Whether you are picking up a mallet for the first time or are a seasoned percussionist, you are invited to contribute to our collective energy as we explore a unique healing intention set for each gathering.

While a selection of drums will be available for use, we encourage those who own an extra instrument to bring it along to share. Come immerse yourself in the "healing magic" of the beat and connect with a community dedicated to sound and spirit.
